Tai Chi and Healthy Ireland

A big group of us from Cairdeas including Fiona, Aileen, Caroline, Declan, John B, James went up to the little flower hall in bray where we did a 60 minute session with Marika of Tai Chi.

The hall is quite spacious and can easily accommodate us.  We did various exercises of Tai Chi.  Tai Chi includes various exercises designed at improving the mental and physical health of the participants.

It’s very enjoyable and the time passes by very quickly while we are doing it.

‘On Tuesday mornings a group of us from the Clubhouse participate in Thi Chi classes, everyone enjoys it immensely because after it is over your whole body from head to toe feels exceptional.’ Joe L
