Visit to Killruddery House & Gardens

On Monday 25th June we visited Killruddery House & Gardens just outside Bray. Some of us went in the people carrier and some of us arrived there ourselves. We met member Simon who we hadn’t seen in a while at the entrance and had a chat.

We had a walk around the grounds, taking in the lily pond, the nature and the statues that were around. The sun was shining so we took a few minutes to relax and lie down or sit on the bench and take in the rays. We stretched our legs a final time and decided to have some teas in the coffee shop.

With the hot weather we decided to cool down and have some ice cream at Gelataria on Bray Seafront opposite Finbees where they make ice cream themselves. This morning we were comparing our tans and saying how great it was.
