Healthy Food Made Easy with Ronan -Hummus and Dips

 

Today we here in Cairdeas Clubhouse had our Healthy food made easy class with Ronan. It was great fun and we made hummus and dips. We had three types of Hummus, onion flavoured, red pepper and lemon infused. We made dips with carrots, celery and Naan bread. It was delicious.

Ronan was our leader and it was great fun to be involved in it. The dips are a perfect alternative to other less healthy options.
